Hope you like this one...I thought this photo said it all so I used it as the background! My Mom is a survivor My Mom is a survivor, or so I've heard it said. But I hear her crying at night when all others are in bed. I watch her lay awake at night and go to hold her hand. She doesn't know I'm with her to help her understand. But like the sands on the beach that never wash away... I watch over my surviving mom, who thinks of me each day. She wears a smile for others... a smile of disguise. But through Heaven's door I see tears flowing from her eyes. My mom tries to cope with death to keep my memory alive. But anyone who knows her knows it is her way to survive. As I watch over my surviving mom... through Heaven's open door. I try to tell her that angels protect me forever more. But I know that doesn't help her or ease the burden she bears. So if you get a chance, go visit her.. .And show her that you care. For no matter what she says... no matter what she feels. My surviving mom has a broken heart that time won't ever heal!

	Thank You. / Erica Hello, I'm a student at SIHS, and today, Ryan's dad, Mr. Yoho spoke to us about the consequences of drinking and driving. I just wanted to stop by and say how much I admire Mr. Yoho, the rest of Ryan's family, and his friends. You guys have to be so strong- I don't know how you do it. I know it has to take courage to speak to people, especially about your son. I didn't know Ryan at all, but after today- I feel like he made a huge impact on my life. So I just wanted to thank you Mr. Yoho- you speaking me today made my whole outlook on life change. I'm not a partyer but at one time, I thought that was the cool thing to do, but now... I've realized that there are more precious things in life that I shouldn't take for granted. I'll stop rambling now, so once again, Thank you. Close
